Cancellation policy
Cancellations for personal reasons (including illness) are charged as follows from 14 days before your stay. Many guests request private use of the site, so thank you for your understanding.

If you cancel in advance during the fee period and there is rain, snow, a storm or other bad weather on the day of your stay, we will refund the cancellation fee.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is 12:00–15:00 and check-out is 11:00. Please keep to these times. If you are going to be late for check-in, please contact us.
Rules on site
- Only guests with a booking may enter the site.
- If you drive out at night, take care when opening and closing the gate. Always close the gate behind you.
- The ground is covered with wood chips, so fires directly on the ground are prohibited. Always use a fire stand and a fire-resistant (spatter) sheet.
- For your safety, campfires are prohibited in strong wind (5 m/s or more).
- Only small, quiet handheld fireworks are allowed. No aerial or rocket fireworks.
- The site has steep slopes and other hazards. Keep a close eye on children to avoid accidents and injuries, and do not climb the slopes.
- Drive slowly on the premises.
- Car doors closing at night are louder than you think. Please be considerate.
- No smoking and no pets inside the lodge.
- We will charge cleaning or repair costs for rental items that are soiled or damaged.
Liability
The campsite accepts no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, theft, or dogs escaping on the premises.
For safety and facility management, we may ask you to leave if any inappropriate behavior occurs.
